INCLUDED​:

1. Swim-bike-run and triathlon coaching.
2. Group training sessions and classroom development.
1. Video-recording may be used during swim and run sessions to raise self-awareness on form and technique.
3. 7 nights in a double room in the 4 stars hotel Roc Lago Rojo, single room available at a higher rate* (hotel booking must be done separately)
4. Half-board at the hotel, breakfast and dinner*
5. Entrance to the 50 m indoor swimming pool*

EXCLUDED:

1. Travel costs
2. Hotel extras
3. Bike insurance
4. Airport transfer (person, bike)
5. Road bike rental (let us know if you don't bring your road bike, we can deal with a local vendor for a better rate)
6. Medical, travel, accident insurance.

PROGRAM from January 31st to February 5th, 6 full days of training (20/24 hours):

• 3 swimming sessions focused on freestyle, 50 m indoor pool - around 1 hour each
• 4 cycling sessions, road bike - around 2/3 hours each
• 4 running sessions on asphalt or gravel - around 1/1.5 hour each
